📌 Booking & Stay Information

• Minimum stay:
  – From 3 nights, or 2 nights with last-minute deals
  – At least 4 nights in June
  – At least 6 nights during school holidays & in July/August
• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
  Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
• Tourism tax from 2026:
  The city of Monschau will charge a lodging tax of €2.50 per person per night (children under 15 stay free)
• Final cleaning:
  Final cleaning is charged separately and ranges from €50 to €65 depending on apartment and season.
