Terms and Conditions

Every booking will be confirmed by email. Please make a deposit for your booking. The deposit is due by the specified date. Without timely payment of the deposit, the booking will become invalid and will be canceled by us.

Please transfer the remaining amount no later than 21 days before the arrival date, or by the date specified in the confirmation.

Card payments are not possible on the farm; only cash and PayPal are accepted.

Arrival & Departure Times

We welcome you between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please inform us in advance. If desired, we also offer contactless check-in; the key will be located in the key safe at the vacation rental.

Departure is by 10:00 AM.

Can Dogs or Other Pets Be Brought Along?

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Are Towels Provided in the Vacation Rentals?

One bath towel and one hand towel are provided per booked guest. For longer stays, we are happy to exchange them for fresh ones.

What is Available in the Kitchen?

2 dish towels, dishwashing tabs and liquid, flour, sugar, salt, oil & vinegar for light use, garbage bags, coffee filters.

Filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, oven with hot air function, induction stove; pots, dishes, cutlery, and glasses in sufficient quantity.

A microwave is available in all vacation rentals.

In our "reserve cupboard" in the common room, you can also borrow a waffle iron, hand blender.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled more than 60 days before the arrival date, we will refund your deposit immediately.
  • If cancelled less than 60 days before the arrival date, and if the vacation rental cannot be rebooked, we will charge 60% of the booking amount.
  • If cancelled less than 15 days before the arrival date, we will charge 80% of the booking amount.
  • For cancellations or no-shows from 2 days before arrival, 90% of the booking amount is due.
  • In case of early departure or later arrival than booked, the full booking amount is due.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

How to Get to Victorhof

  1. At the Aachen interchange, take the exit towards Liège onto the A44 until the Lichtenbusch exit.
  2. Turn left onto the B258 towards Monschau.
  3. Continue through Roetgen until Konzen.
  4. Just past the town sign for Konzen, turn right (first onto Hatzevennstraße!) then continue towards Hatzevenn (Mützenich). The farm is located outside the village between Konzen and Mützenich, after crossing the Vennbahn route (cycling path), take the third side road (paved) on the right.
  5. Look for Victorhof sign on the street and Gut Vennstein.

Is Bed Linen Provided in the Vacation Rentals?

Bed linen is included in the price. One bed is made per booked person. Please indicate in advance if a cot is needed.

Are Drinks and Other Items Available for Purchase?

Beverage refrigerator in the barn door. Also available while supplies last: eggs, butter, coffee, beer, water.

Is Laundry Facilities Available?

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer available for everyone (€3.00 per load, per machine).

Is Breakfast or Other Catering Offered?

We do not offer catering. There are nice restaurants in the nearby area.

Breakfast (only by appointment) is available, for example, at Venngasthof zur Buche +49(0)2472 1497 or at Gästehaus Kuck +49 (0) 2472 802960 in Mützenich.

Is Wi-Fi Available in the Vacation Rentals?

Wi-Fi is available in the vacation rentals. We are located in the countryside, so please do not expect super-fast internet. ;-) or simply "disconnect."
